This Refund Policy explains when payments for pnlnote.today may be refunded, how cancellations work, and what exceptions apply to digital access plans.
pnlnote.today is a digital software product. Because the service includes immediate access to online features, refunds are limited once paid access begins.
A free trial may be offered so you can evaluate the workflow before purchasing a paid plan.
Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts.
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period and will not renew for the next cycle.
- No partial refunds for unused time in an active billing period.
- No refund is required when access remains available through the end of the paid term.
Lifetime access is a one-time digital purchase. Refund requests for lifetime access are reviewed case by case.
If you bought lifetime access by mistake, were charged more than once, or experienced a verified access issue that we cannot resolve, contact support promptly for review.
We may approve a refund when fairness or legal obligations require it.
- Duplicate charges or obvious billing errors.
- A technical failure that prevents paid access and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time.
- Refund rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.
Refunds are usually not provided for change of mind after a paid period has started, lack of use, or failure to cancel before renewal.

We review refund requests in a reasonable time and may ask for additional information needed to verify the payment.
