pnlnote.today may offer a free trial, recurring subscription plans, and one-time lifetime access plans. Current prices and plan details are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Recurring plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for the scope of the product offering described at checkout.

• A trial may convert or expire according to the plan terms shown during signup or checkout.
• Paid billing is processed by third-party payment providers such as Polar.
• We may change pricing for future purchases or renewals, but changes will not retroactively alter charges already paid.

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the platform itself.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Do not upload malicious code, automate abuse, or use the service to test attacks.
• Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the service beyond what applicable law allows.

You retain ownership of the trade logs, notes, and other content you submit to pnlnote.today.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store, back up, process, and display your content solely for operating and improving the service.

We work to keep pnlnote.today available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required for security, legal reasons, or violations of these terms.

pnlnote.today is an organizational and journaling tool. It does not provide investment, tax, accounting, brokerage, or legal advice.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will always be secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pnlnote.today will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
